All accounts have been removed from the system, meaning parents will need to re-register.


How Do I Register a New Account So I Can Start Making Appointments?

  1. The first page you reach is the Login screen. There is a box to the right with a link that reads “Click Here”. Click on this link.
  2. You will now be at the Parent Sign Up page where you will need to fill in the required information. Input your first name into the Your First Name field. Input your last name into the Last Name field. (e.g. First: ”Stephen”, Last: “Harper”)
  3. After inputting your name, you will need to add your children to your account. Click the green button entitled Add Child. A text field will appear for you to type in the name of your child. If you have more than one child enrolled, you can click the button to add as many fields as you need. If you accidentally add too many fields, click the red button entitled Remove Child to remove the field.
  4. Lastly you need to create a password for your account. Enter in a password of at least 8 characters into the Password field. Type the password a second time into the Confirm Password field. Click the blue Submit button at the bottom of the page when finished.

How Do I Schedule Appointments?

  1. Log in. You will need your user name and password. User Name (firstname.lastname) Password (from Step 4 Above).
  2. You will see your Home Page where you can book appointments with teachers. Under the name of the child you want to book an appointment for, click on the link Teachers. All teachers will be listed alphabetically. Select the teacher you would like to book an appointment with.
  3. A window will pop up displaying the time slots for that teacher. Select a vacant time slot to suit your needs (Coloured Green) and click on the green Book button to the right of the time slot. You will not be permitted to select time slots already booked (Coloured Red). Repeat Steps 2 and 3 as required to book appointments with your child's teachers.
  4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to book appointments for any additional children.

How Do I View and Print My Scheduled Appointments?

  1. Click Schedule on the top banner of your Home page.
  2. Click "Print Schedule" box on the right hand side of the page.
  3. You will see your schedule, complete with room numbers.
  4. Select your printer and print.
